I'm looking at some of

THIS stuff to break up the blackness of my car (black, with dark tint). The front has chrome trim around the grille, the rear has the chrome KIA badge and soon a chrome license plate surround, but the sides are utterly black. I'm thinking these chrome sill trims will look nice, but am unsure about the look/fitment/quality. Has anyone used these, or a similar item from someone else? Thanks.

im not a fan, but go for it if its not too expensive and you know you'll like it. should look better on a black car too

I definitely do NOT want the B-pillar in chrome, just the top and bottom. Maybe just the bottom, which is only $20 on eBay versus $80. I really don't want to get into modifying this car, but I've noticed that many good-looking cars on the road have chrome trim around the windows, and especially on a black car, it looks good.

Obviously I don't have a B7 A4, but I think the window trim gives the car a completed look. I just don't know what these eBay kits will actually look like...

after seeing that, i actually think it'd look pretty good doing it "all the way around". be scared that doing just the bottom might make it look incomplete. and ive got one of those in my garage... not haha

The KOUP has nice crisp lines - it does not need any silly chrome on it.

Just got a response back from the eBay seller, and they do not have any stock photos of these installed on a Forte. Hmm, am I gonna be the guinea pig...

Im thinking about putting these on my Bronze EX after i get my windows tinted, They are pretty cheap on Ebay.

I'm not a fan of any stick on chrome to be honest. But, if you like it, that's the point. Escalades have chrome trim on the bottom only and it looks decent.

I picked that stuff up but haven't installed it yet . Also got the fog- lite and tail-lite surround and the smoked visors . Quality looks really good .

Different vendor (automotive apple) , just got the lower trim because the visors will cover the upper trim i believe . Will update the garage pics when i get it on . I`m not 100% on the fog and tails either but they look good on BigE`s blue sedan .
