Wow, I can't even imagine how that would happen. I doubt the warranty will cover it but I haven't read it in a while.

My though process is like this. If I rightfully see that this should be covered under warranty and my dealership denies to fix it under warranty. They probably will deny to fix anything else under warranty. Which to me means I will be able to mod it.

That's a huge probably. In my opinion the paint damage you have is not a warranty issue in the first place. Its wear and tear. I'm sure it happened a lot faster than you would have liked but the exterior of the car is bound to get damaged. You shouldn't assume that power train issues will be treated in the same fashion because well, they won't.
