Cracked rim.... Warranty?

I was rotating my tires today and while doing so I noticed one of my rims has 2 pretty good size cracks in it. I have never hit anything with this car especially that hard. The rim has a little curb rash but that was a long long time ago and not done by me. Is this something you think warranty would cover?

I Drove on my for about 2 years 50k miles and still did not have a issue. but after that the tire place I go to would not put a new tire on it so I just went ahead and bought a new one

and yes factory wants 320 at my dealership

Does the crack go the whole way through? If it does, I would be very careful. The dealer should cover that, a rim shouldn't crack like that. Especially a stock rim, they are usually chunky like that so they will be stronger.

Called it. Impact damage is not a warranty issue. It's an insurance issue. It's no different than bumping into a pole and cracking the headlight. Would you expect warranty to cover it because you hit a pole? How about is you get rearended? Should they cover the bumper and lights? No.
