On another note, how do you guys feel about a plastic core support? I know our cars have superior crash ratings, but how well is that thing going to hold up in a front-end collision?

If you are trying to say you blew your engine from lugging it, I would say no you didn't. Lugging an engine is hard on the bottom end, ie connecting rods, crankshaft. Valves aren't bottom end.

Someone correct me when you advance your timing your valves stay open alittle bit longer. Now if you agree wouldn't that cause the piston to hit a valve? Now finally what do we have? Bent valves

check your piston's too...odds are if the valve hit it you have some dings on them and they'll have to be replaced.

what's happen ? my car only have 23 xxx kms on it and I don't want a broken engine at this time DAMN ! im affraid about it ! my car running perfecly by the way

Read up on Crock's journey with his car. Long and short of it he drove the hell out of it and pushed the engine a little too far. Now he has a new engine and using the broken one as a side build...should be interesting
