YOu sir .......... have blown a little thing called "Fuse"

I did the same thing when i installed my HID. 99% chance you flipped the harness wires when you connected them to the battery.

To fix:

-Remove harness
- Replace fuse (it's inside the cabin in the fusebox when you open the door, not under the hood)
- Try out your stock bulbs, if they work, proceed to the next step, if not, double check the fuses (all of them), if it still doesn't work, take it to the dealership.
- remove stock bulbs, hook up HIDs without harness, if they work then
-reconnect the harness, (it helps if you pull back the rubber around the wires to see if its red (positive) or black (negative). ALso the Positive will have a Black box (fuse and fuse holder) closer to where you connect it to the battery.

if you don't have the harness one side should ignite at least once. listen if the ballasts are running (very quiet high-frequency noise).

then double check the fuses. I take it you installed HIDs before? at least in low beams?

yeah i had them in my 2010 ex koup lows with the harness. now on my 2011 sx when i got done with the pass side i tried it out and it worked so i mounted the ballast. then did the driver side and before i mounted that ballast i tried it and they both did not come on. pluged the stock bulb back in and nothing, messed with wires still nothing. put it back to stock and still nothing. lows and switch backs are working fine though

Yay, congrats on fixing it. sorry for misleading you with the location of the fuse. i remember there's one headlight fuse in the cabin, just don't remember which one.

and you can go ahead and try to install it without the harness one more time, just be carefull. i ran without a harness for a week.(i also piddled fogs for a little) (i was too lazy to put it on and had it sitting in my trunk).

Sounds good. if you wanna have them work till you get your Harness. Up the fuse 5 or 10 amps. (also its one of the trouble-shooting steps DDM offers)
