Maybe I should have took pictures.. sorry I forgot.
Few days ago I got a nice survey from kia, asked questions about every point on the car..
Each part left a space for your own concerns or problems if they were not listed.

It covered everthing, asking about problems in shifting points..
to problems with paint.
etc.. it was a great survey and I've owned serval new cars and never had a car company car to even ask tell now.

I'm very happy to see kia is making it a point to see how my feel about are cars!

Yep,

Come from JD Power. Standard survey, wants demographics and then asks questions about your decision and the vehicle's performance, the dealer experience, all the norms. Came with a dollar in the envelope with the survey. Tells you what they think your 30 minutes is worth. Hey, I could get 2 dollars an hour offering my opinion about stuff. I'm movin on up.

Got one also, there was a lot of fit and finish questions, and paint questions, i thought it was nice of them to follow up with the owner after about 3-4 months, mine have been great except for the paint going into the shop next week to fix the fish eyes in the driver side door !!

I got a survey but it only asked about my dealership interactions. Nothing about the car.
