Engine vibration, shaking while driving.

Hello, I am new here and hoping to get some help. I have a 2014 kia forte EX. Recently my car has had a lot of engine shaking. Car currently has 62,000 miles. I went to the dealer a few weeks ago and they said it was a bad engine mount, they replaced it, and it seemed to help a little bit, but I am still experiencing engine vibration. It's kind of annoying sometimes. When I drive the car, it does tend to have a rough ride, not smooth at all. It might be the tires, but I am also wondering if it has something to do with the engine as well since it kind of shakes when its idle or parked. I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced this. I could go back to the dealer, but since the car is not over 60k, my regular warranty is over. I do remember the dealer offering some type of GDI engine clean up or tune up that are done on these engines, so I am wondering if I need my intake valves cleaned. Please advise. Thank you.

Shaking has been mentioned here in the past, and seems to be somewhat common on the second gen Fortes, and it also appears to be limited to GDI vehicles. Most others posting this issue have reported it starting fairly early, which is different than your more recent symptoms. Here's a prior thread with a collection of owner experiences and opinions. I'll toss in my opinion that carbon build up on the valves is not the cause of this shaking, UNLESS there are other performance-related symptoms as well, such as misfire codes, reduced MPG, sluggishness, etc. JMO on that FWIW.
