Has anyone installed, or used the EZ-Starter remote car starters? My Forte EX I bought used didn't come with any remotes for the remote entry system. The local Kia dealer wants $90 each for the remotes, + $40 to program them.
I found several listed on E-bay for around $30, + dealer programming. (and the dealer says they won't work...they're listed with their FCC ID#, not the Kia part number)
I ran across a listing for the EZ-Starter, model EZ-65 remote starter, with remote entry for $70. Are they worth the money, or are they junk?

Well, in my past experience with remotes, and starters and programming, (I haven't had any with Kia), but I have purchased and programmed many remotes for Mitsu, Chevy, GMC, and some others on ebay...just have to make sure you are getting the right ones (email the sellers b4 u buy). As for programming, it's usually pretty simple.(something I certainly wouldn't want to pay 40 bux for) Just do a search on here or Kiatech.com. I'm sure you'll come across something.
