This topic got started on another thread....

Not a big issue but my fan-A/C sounds weird, kinda like a dying walrus when I turn it on at low speeds....

anyone else??

again not a big issue, and it doesnt make the noise at higher (fan) speeds.

just curioius if anyone else has this issue-

I don't know how a dying walrus sounds, but having A/C on during slow traffic in hot weather triggers rather loud whining sound - which I think is coming from either the fan or the A/C compressor working overtime.

When you get the chance take it to the service department and have them listen to it...if there is something wrong they will take care of it. Have a listen to another Forte on the lot for confirmation.

I too have a faint abnormal noise coming from the blower, but only at high speeds. I'm not taking it in because they will say we don't hear it, as it's barely noticable, but it is not there at all in speeds 1 and 2.

mine almost sounds like a belt squealing or a tensioner. its going in on mondy to get tsb work done anyways so ill update everyone on what they say.

i got that too specially when i turned on my car give it few seconds and turn it on and the car go`s aaaaarrrrgnnnnn then it stops, no problem there i hope.

Mine sounds like 3 pigs having sexy time.. ok I can't really describe the sound.. but it definitely makes a odd noise when I'm idling.
