I went on my first long distance road trip this weekend and was really pleased with my Koup SX 6 spd.
It was about 322 km each way (to Kelowna, BC) through a very high mountain highway and I averaged 7.9 to 8.7 km /100 km fuel consumption. There were really long hills, some 20-30 km so that's really good. I averaged 130-160 km/hr so I probably could have done better if I'd slowed down, but the car is so much fun....who'd want to? I ran into summer, spring and winter on the trip....a snowstorm for about 20 km on the way back which wasn't a lot of fun.
