I have not tried this but in theory they will stay on with your bright lamps as they are independent of headlamp and foglamp control modules. It's using the fuel pump relay trigger to enable the fog lamp relay. Last time I checked the fuel pump relay is on while the car is running so this should work.

Note: The car must be running for the fogs to be on (since it is tied to the fuel pump relay). The fogs go off when you turn the car off automatically.

I really like how simple it is

I was trying to find a way to keep the fog On when I was using the high beams. I wanted to bypass the wires at the control module behind center console. Why complicate matters, when they are simple.
