Stock wheel and tire specs
Center bore for all 2019+ Forte is 67.1mm
15x6.0 46mm offset 195/65r15
16x6.5 50mm offset 205/55r16
17x7.0 53mm offset 225/45r17
18x7.5 55mm offset 225/40r18
Not all sizes will fit all 2019+ Forte since the brakes are larger on the GT models and models with the electric e-brake (11.2 inch rear vs 10.3)

For the Forte GT the wheel size range is normally 16-19 inches. The offset should be in the 55mm to 35mm range.
35mm offset will stick out past the fenders unless you increase the camber.
55mm offset will be close to rubbing strut with wider rims and tires.
40-50mm offset is a good range to be in if you don't want them to stick out past fenders
16 inch wheels could possibly rub the front brake calipers depending on the design.
Stock Forte GT 18" wheels and tires are VERY heavy at 49.5lbs. Upgrading to almost anything will provide better performance due to a reduction in rotational mass. For an extreme example a set of 225/50/16 Continental ECS tires on a set of 16x7 Enkei RPF1 weighs only 32.7lbs. That would be a almost 17lb savings per wheel. That is huge. Trying to find a weight savings somewhere in the middle is what most people do.
