I'll be getting a Spoiler for my Koup SX soon
what do you guys think?

they have different style on the website (above) but in my opinion it's the best looking one , xpect feedback

That's the one I had the dealer order for mine. My only concern is that it is very similar to the civic si and scion tc, though those appear to be identical to each other and are both 3 post and nonlighted. Though given the choices, I only liked this one and the nonlighted one they have.

I like this one overall..Why?
Look at the body line under the door the right side slopes upward and matches the front edge down curve of the spoiler the backside of the spoiler matches the body line thats under the fuel fill ,the flat edge bottom of the spoiler matches the upper body line that runs the length of the cars body the rear curve of the spoiler matches the rear of the Koup....Just my opinion only the other spoiler looks like a cheap boy racer knockoff. But then i'm over 55 and like smooth curves..

You have to be careful with installation. I would get a dealer to do it for you if possible, that way they can match the paint to factory and do a good job. It would be to the point it looked like the car rolled off the factory production line with it installed.

I'm sure you could get it painted and installed for $200 bucks, you just would hate the paint because it wouldn't match and the install job would be terrible.

For any aftermarket part, especially body kits, I think its extremely necessary just to pay the extra money and get it done right - it causes much less headaches in the end of things.

I love the style that it adds to the back end of the car.

You also have to be careful to get the right spoiler. The sedan and Koup DO NOT share the same trunk lid. The trunk lid on the sedan is "flat" on top while the Koup's trunk lid has a flattened "W" shape across the top. Hard to describe without a picture but the koups' trunk dips down above the trunk lid's tail lights. First time I saw it I thought someone had sat on and dented the Koup's trunk lid I dont think a spoiler made for the sedan would fit the Koup trunk lid without a little extra work.

what I can tell you is if you decide to buy from them , do the live chat thing, they'll give you a pretty good discount right off
if I remember correctly it'll take the cost of shipping off , not bad at all

I am thinking of having my spoiler done in black on my copperhead koup. Can someone give me the paint code for the ebony black? That black looks identical to the glossy black on the front accents doesn't it? thanks

I know this post hasn't been viewed in awhile but i am going to attempt to revive it. I like the spoiler that ratdaddy uploaded, i think tis is the same spoiler, any thoughts or opinions.

I think it is the same. wish it wasnt lighted but that one does compliment the lines of the koup. Plus only 100!!!!

CRAP!!! I didn't noticed that it was lighted, but luckily i didnt buy yet. Totally agree lighted with that spoiler isnt a great combo. Any ideas on a spoiler that follows those same line that isnt ridiculously priced and not lighted?
