but can someone explain the difference to me? i dont know a whole lot about engines. it says it would increase power, but like how much?

I'm not sure either, I've never put aftermarket header and dp on either but probably about 5-10 whp and wtq gain could be expected? It allows air to flow more freely
but if you plan on gettign the turbokit when it comes out theres no point in getting an aftermarket header and dp because the kit will have an exhaust mani that hooks up to the turbine and a dp
along with new injectors and probably a complete turboback exhaust minus the muffler lol
and engine management
and of course intercooler piping and all that
point being, if you plan on getting the turbo kit in the foreseeable future, dont get the aforementioned parts because you will be replacing them when you get the kit
on average headers will add roughly 5 to 10 hp but mostly its like 5 unless you have slightly bigger pipe and a high performance exhaust on the car
TurboKits had already stated that they won't make a non-turbo headers due to the factory ones being well tuned already, the gain isn't worth the cost.

I had considered the kdm headers until i realized that, duh, theyll be making a mani for the turbop, and I am definitely turboing it

Intake connected to TB not turbo..... not to mention its 4 feet long.
Plastic intake is dangerous with boost.....
No hose clamps on any of the inter-cooler couplers. 5 psi and all the hoses would pop off....lol Whats with the blue tape? That is an xoxox power universal IC. There are no mounting holes, so i guess they just rested it on the radiator..
Notice the Styrofoam bumper guard laying on the floor? My guess is they murdered the bump/grill/crash support. And Why are the fenders off? Must be a remote mount turbo...lol.
899 for headers?? Cmon i wouldn't buy crap from that site. if you want to spend 899$ and see real gains, buy a nitrous kit and WB and jet it for 75hp. lol

some people around here think turbo is a button you push to make it go fast lol
It is a button, just watch Knight Rider for proof! It will allow you to jump over cars in your way. I believe one episode Kitt the car was buried "alive" and they hit the turbo and blasted out of the pit (5:44 in vid). It is perfect for those kinds of situations... Lol.


Note: I don't recommend hitting the Turbo Boost button without your seatbelt on, thats just plain stupid. :)

I would love to see his boost controller. i bet its a profec.... He always jumps the perfect length, 4ft or over a fucking bayou.
I have seen as little as 3 HP gain in a header all the way up to 15 HP, it all has to do with design and what other mods you have. I had an intake, UD Pulley, and piggy back controller on my Suzuki SX4 and when I got the header installed and the piggy re-tunned it put down 11 extra HP. If you support the header with a new fuel map and good intake and solid exhaust then there is no reason that you can't see 10-15 HP. I think that the Forte with a good CAI, header, high flow cats, exhaust, and piggy back controller to help fuel would put out over 200HP.
