No doubt you have a "glitch" in the system. Probably out of warranty - so you would have to pay to get the software updated in an attempt to correct it.

Nah it's not a glitch, both my GT and our Tucson do the same. The engine is using fuel while idling but it's not moving anywhere, so your litres of fuel being consumed is going up but your distance travelled hasn't changed, so the apparent L/100km goes up quite rapidly. It should level back out as soon as you start driving again

It's not really a bug or a flaw, it's simply trying to show that you're using fuel while idling
