I am sure most of you have read about the creases in the body of the 2010 Koup's. I have had it! I am getting a 2011 Camaro tomorrow. I had 2 door creases, 2 "V" creases in the rear quarter panels and now in a matter of 2 days have had 2 more creases show up in the back of the car. It is only going to get worse. Get out while you can.

Sorry to hear that this problem has effected you so badly. I would never buy the V6 Camaro though xD. V8 muscle or no muscle! (Assuming youre getting the V6, because you bought a Koup before that and the V8 is much more expensive than the V6, and the V6 is only slightly more than a fully loaded Forte Koup)

well i guess youve already decided on what you want, but, i would like to get out there, that im %99.99 sure the creases in the panels, often doors, are caused by * cold weather *. (metal contracts in the cold) i have a 4 door sedan, and when it got to be freezing cold outside, i could see the slightest vertical lines, in my 2 front doors. i thought i had been doored too, like everyone does at first, but as soon as it got warm, the dents were gone, and the car is %100 perfect.

I live in FL....and the first dent to show up NEVER goes away. It has been sunny and 70-78 degrees. Mark my words....the longer the dents have been there the more likely they will become permanent.

I live in Alberta, Canada and The temperatures here have been fluctuating a lot lately. In the last four weeks it has been as warm as 10c al the way down to -30c. I haven't noticed any dents at all on my car, and believe me... I would notice!!!! I am sorry to hear that you are having so many problems with your car. I hope you enjoy the Camaro! I know I would...

How are you getting rid of your forte? Are you gonna trade it in? Do you owe anything, if you don't mind me asking, I have the creases too, like all over, in weird spots but I owe too much on my forte to get rid of it:(

People are moving from fortes to different cars because of this issue. Apparently Kia is aware of this problem... but there hasn't be a pefect fix to it yet....

so what's the cause of this again?? I thought I read somewhere around here that it was a combination of thin sheet metal and insulation and "where it's supposed to bend if you get into an accident"... can anyone confirm?

oh yea.. and super cold temperatures!
