Hard wiring into trunk

You'll probably need to follow them back to wherever they're coming from (probably inside the trunk). You will almost certainly need to remove the trim inside the trunk to gain access to the wiring. Removing the trim isn't too difficult, just a few clips and fasteners. Actually, start by removing the trunk liner and you may even see wiring there; if there's enough wiring, you could just cut them there and wire up your new lift.
