Love the HDR I have several photos of sunsets shot in HDR. I just need to get my Koup ready for a photoshoot soon. Finally getting my carbon fiber parts back tomorrow so I'm excited! You should totally enter the FOTM contest if you haven't already. You get my vote for awesome photography.

You should look into a program called Photomatix. It's a lot better for HDR processing than Photoshop. Photoshop tends to dull the colours quite a bit. Here's an example I did.
