I just recently got a Forte SX about a week ago and since the first night I've noticed some condensation/moisture & fogging of both headlights. :(

It's been pretty cold (45 degrees at night for CA is cold) out here and this has happened pretty much every night. The moisture & fogging takes place in the front corners of the headlights nearest the center grill. During the day, the moisture & fog is gone.

Is this normal or did I get defective headlights? Anyone else experience this? Thanks.

My spectra had this problem up until I cleared the corners. When I did, I made sure to buy extra adhesive to ensure they were sealed better than factory... never had moisture again.

There's a procedure for 'baking' them but living in a high humidity climate with lower temps overnight it's bound to happen. As long as the water is not collecting, then there is no issue for the dealer to get involved with.
