So....when i start up the car in the cold weather, when it gets up to temperature i go to turn it down and at 20 it stays full blast hot!
If I turn it down and blast the AC for 10 seconds-then turn it up it will sometimes go back to normal.
This seems to be intermittent.

Blend door actuator?
Thoughts?
Location/easy replacement if indeed this is it?

You should just bring it to the dealer to fix.
