I'm 6'2". Headroom in my Koup SX is tight, but not unmanagable. With the driver's seat reclined a couple of clicks there's still good legroom for a passenger behind me in the back seat.
There might be reasons to NOT buy a Koup SX, but don't let headroom be one of them unless you're over 6'4".
As for the other things you were asking about... I've had my car for a few weeks now, and I haven't had any issues yet. Except... the Bluetooth loses the connection with my Blackberry on occasion. Don't know if it's a "car" issue or a "phone" one.
