Best thing is for you to look over all that is available in Olszewski's post:

2019-2021 Forte GT - Forte Mods and Performance Upgrades/ Tuning. First Page For Links.. | Kia Forte Forum (forteforums.com)

Then look for posts by Olszewski and AThomas, because they both race their Forte GTs:

Olszewski | Kia Forte Forum (forteforums.com)

AThomas | Kia Forte Forum (forteforums.com)
Also @Hamster-GT ’s thread has been super helpful in my modification journey. The adventures of Hamster-GT. My 1st Korean car build.

The recommended threads are a great source of information. Here are my recommended "bare essentials" :

1. Powerflex upper and lower motor bushings with transmission bushing inserts from an Elantra N.

2. Velossa Tech ram air+Evilla midpipe for sound. Option: Any intake for sound (depends how loud you wanna be).

3. 20mm or 24mm rear sway bar from Whiteline and front camber bolts, wheel alignment and more grippy tires.

4. Sound deadening applied to doors, under rear seat, and trunk.

5. N75 Motorsport BOV solenoid

Happy motoring!

My pick for three items that will increase power, sound better and are easy to take out if warranty work is needed are these. Racechip GTS (50hp and 100ft/lbs), Evilla midpipe and AFE intake (closed or open). Prices can be as low as $459 for Racechip, $329 AFE, and $280 for Evilla midpipe. So for $1100 you can have some very nice upgrades that you will not be disappointed with.

If we are doing 3 item pick, I'd say Powerflex lower engine mount, Boomba short shifter (for manual cars), and Evilla strut brace. Incredible difference for just $450 total.
As far as increasing power, 2023BD has some good picks, and the master list from Hamster-GT is solid.

3?
I would go with
-GTS racechip
-powerflex or equivalent engine mount
bushings
-xForce Downpipe
