Hi there,

I'm on my second Kia and I don't have too much to complain about, lol. I bought a Sorento in 2003 and didn't have any problems with it. It was a great workhorse and over 120K miles with no issues at all.

Recently I traded that in for a brand new Kia Koup. I owned a mustang before the sorento and the get up and go in the Koup made me feel like I was back in the stang, lol.

I originally went to the dealer to get a Sportage but they just looked too big. I think they are in fact smaller than my sorento, but they just looked huge to me. I wanted to downsize, so I started looking at the Koup. Once I drove it, I fell in love with the zip the car had.

Other than that...just looking forward to driving my Koup around and listening to the 40's on the radio (my dad loves that station and I'm growing to like it)

Can't wait to talk with other owners.

Cheers

Elle

Welcome aboard and congrats on your new ride!

The new sportage is bigger but damm it is sweet though. I've heard that it is selling so fast that the dealerships do not have enough units available.....

I do love the Koup though :)

Post some pics....after you get the paint issues taken care off :)

Thanks for the welcome.

I really do like the overall look of the new sportage and the gas mileage isn't bad at all for an suv and relative to my old sorento. But...wanted to downsize a bit-parking spaces are getting SO small these days, lol.

I really do like the Koup though. I can not believe the zip that car has. I just think its a great little car and filling it up for under $30 is an added bonus.
