OK so i just got my 8k hid kit from ddm, and This is what i got.(pics below)

now, I've read like all the install write ups and I'm pretty sure i can do it but, my kit came with these connectors on the wires that are supposed to go into the factory harness... so i was wondering, is it ok if i just try to pull the wires out of these connectors(red circles)??? will it still work??? any ideas on how i can get these to work??

Those aren't the correct bulbs. H11 for low beams, and h1 for highs and 881 for fogs

Bummer. but the guys at DDM are cool, just give them a call.
yo .. im not sure what everyone is thinking.. but those are H11s.. I installed those exact ones last weekend for main_m .. what you have to do is cut the wires and install spades.. then to get the bulbs to fit you have to turn the black clip, inside the headlight housing with the two yellow wires, from horizontal to vertical

tip: connect the spades to the clip before turning it vertical and use electrical tape to hold the spades

only difference is that they sent you L bracket bulbs

They are H11s, And indeed will fit when you install them in the clip.. the orange ring denotes the bulb type.. As sxkoup says you have to install smaller spades, the ones that are in the L bracket are too big, and although will fit in the connectors, it has a high risk of falling off the connector when the car is in motion, hence the smaller spades + electrical tape. When you open up your dust cover you will notice a small screw, unscrew that, after you install your spades onto the wiring, and then just snap the new spades in and screw it back up.

my H11's from ddm did not look like that.
the orange ring doesnt define it as an H11 100% but it calls for it to be a H8, H9, or H11 as they require an o-ring seal like the orange one you have.. its the metal connectors that define the bulb type.. any how your set with those bulbs jsut PM if you need help..
Ya man, there should be zero cutting required to install those and they look nothing like the countless of h11 bulbs that I've gotten since I bought the car started changing out bulbs... I would email/call them anyways and ask for an h11 without the L connector if that is indeed an h11
well with L-brackets you dont need to cut anything.. just that the socket inside the headlight for the H11 snap in would have to be turned vertical-> same screw mount
