The Highway Traffic Act states very clearly that Xenon retrofitting is forbidden. That makes it ticketable by the law enforcement. Period.
They also have six other laws in place to limit the colour and requirements for Xenons installed by manufacturers, but again, point A will make them all moot for us.
Didn't stop me, but HID's are the least of my car's legal problems... Excessive speed and tinted forward windows will land my car in the impound before they have a chance to see the lights on!
