No, that's a ripoff. I paid $100 total I think for two ballasts and lights along with $15 for a relay kit (which I didn't end up using).
that's about $60 per pair. From my understanding there is no true plug and play kit yet for h11b, so u may have a minor modification for the low beams. Where are you buying from? Pretty sure I read that DDM (if you tell them it's for h11b) will send you the closest thing possible to plug and play. And they are around $40 a pair I think. If u search the forums for hids you will find tons of threads about it.

Also does your cost include the rely harnesses? I'm sure you will get better responses from people who have bought and installed. I've just been reading the threads as it's something I would like to do in the future.

X2 id totally go with ddm. but email them and tell them your car so they can hook you up with that adapter. great price and great kits.
I purchased the ddm slim ballast forgot to mention the h11b, but ordered the regular h11 bulbs and ballast, with some minor modifications they work like a charm. Still can convert back to stock if need be. Have the relay harness installed with HID. Worth the extra money, limits static at start up.
Just had one of the DDM slim ballasts s#!t the bed after 2.5 wks. After assuring and reassuring them that I had troubleshot EVERYTHING, I got a return authorization #, and was told it was a 1-2 week turnaround... grumble grumble

they're from vvme..but I'm not buying directly from them. A guy from another forum suppposedly sells vvme hids at a "hook-up" price..but $175 seems like a regular price to me if not more. I went to vvme site and their HIDs are 25%off.. but yeah I didn't see the H11B.
From my understanding DDM and VVME are the same..but I'm gonna go check it out!
Relay Harness? I thought it came with the kit? lol I've been doing some research but don't understand a thing. lol:(
Relay harnesses are typically extra but worth it from my understanding. I'm biting the bullet and ordering from ddm today. I'll post my experiences as this is 100% new to me

I would love to see the parts you purchased and your experience with installation after your done? I like the way the HID's look but have 0 knowledge of installing them or what to actually get. Keep us updated please, thanks...

Will do. Placed the order today
^I did it a few weeks ago, also new experience, but it went pretty smooth... Also, don't CUT any wires. If you get an adapter on one of your ends that you need to take off the wires come right out, they're snap ins, so all you have to do is push the inside with a knife and they pop right out.

x2 on that. thats what my buddy and i had to do to get it to work. get some heat/shrink tape tape the wires together so you dont have to worry about a bump... umm bumping them loose haha im not sure why ppl are cutting. maybe diff kits?

Where did your kit come from?
well idk about that person, but i got my kit from tophidkits.com. now, it was a tad more expensive. ddm is around 40 bucks and mine was 92 but my high beam kit came from ddm. it took a good 45 min to put the kit in but we were bullshiting in the shop too so prolly could have taken less time haha
Ok can someone clarify this for me please...
I would need three different HID kits..if I would like hids on my fogiges, hi beam, and low beams? The hi/low beam are two separate bulbs right?
Correct. U need 3 hid kits. Hi's, lo's, and fogs
That's why you wanna get a slim ballast kit. Easier to mount than the big block ballast. Espevially if you do hi, lo, and fogs
Yes Three Kits

H11
H1

I just got my HID kit two days ago from DDM tuning. I ordered the 35W H11 kit and it went in just fine. No modification needed for anything, just simply plugged in the two wires to the existing socket and bam! Totally new to HID's and it took me roughly an hour from start to finish. The most time consuming part was figuring out where to hide the wires. :)
