dude i had no idea, thanks so much for that one
Your sales person should have showed you when you purchased the vehicle. If you do not know how here;

1. Hit the setup button on your radio.
2. Go to phone options on the screen.
3. Look for pair phone option.
4. Make sure your blue tooth is enabled on phone / itouch.
5. On mine the car was paired as FORTE KOUP.
6. Should ask for a 4 digit PIN code. (which you enter in your bluetooth phone setting).

7. Walahhhh (Sorry I did this from memory its too cold outside to run back and forth)

Good luck!

So, in buying a Koup Monday, I was excited (my wife own's a 2012 Optima) to be able to have full Bluetooth integration. I was saddened to discover that I could not play audio, my connection is only voice (Windows 8 phone). I tried the suggestions above from Benjamin (btw, Ben, what year/prod date is on your car? I have the your twin, literally), and the double Aux did not work at all.

So, right now, I am playing the hop game between a plug and use Bluetooth dongle (I hate cables all over my car) for audio, and the car built in for voice (ya, my Bluetooth Dongle doesn't support Voice, fail).

Thoughts?
