Have the manufacturers usb cord and has worked for year. now all the sudden, switch to aux and the ipod will start playing and then kick off and go to the radio. I switch it back to aux and will kick back off. Will do this a couple of times and after awhile will stay on. troubleshooting anyone? Also very slow to change songs backwards and forwards.

Is this an ipod touch? If so what generation, I noticed the classic ipod's work better with the kia cord then the touch's, I have an ipod touch 2nd gen and sometimes it wont connect at all, I reformated the ipod (and updated to the latest firmware) and works like it should... (for now)
