As far as I know, there are no plans to build the Forte in the US yet. But, if Kia continues to grow, you bet they'll shift production. It would make it more cost efficient for them, but only if there's a significant demand. I don't know what their production capacity is in Georgia, but even starting a new line in an existing plant is costly. Not to mention that they will most definitely need North American parts manufacturers, unless they ship knock-down kits from Korea.
