just got the aux usb wire , im still trying to control my music trough my ipod instead of the deck , is there a way ?

there is an ipod cable that will allow you to control your ipod with the steering wheel controls. its on ebay and you can also buy it at your dealer. some ppl(including myself) were sent the cable from the dealer as a gift for buying the car but its on ebay also.
