Not bad, but I like the angles and butch stance the current Koup have. It's still pretty sweet looking.

 

Hopefully it gets the GDI 1.6 turbo!!!

I agree completely, from what we've seen so far they're making the Forte way to soft. In my opinion it needs to be aggressive.

 

Looks more like the Optima to me.

 

I definitely agree with that..first thought I had when I saw the front of it. The side does look like the elantra.

It says "Kia K3" at the top of the sketch. If that is the next gen Forte in the sketch, does it mean Kia is moving to an alphanumeric naming system (Forte = K3, Optima = K5, etc.)?

 

This is correct. Kia Kadenza = K7, the Kia Forte was originally going to be named K3, at least it was code named so.

 

I like it too, looks sick! Wonder what the koup will look like though with the fogs

Lookalike a civic front half side profile, and an Elantra/optima cross for the rest...I don't like it, they need to keep the aggressive lines they have now and build upon the platform they have already

 

Maybe if they'll listen to consumers they'd have better sales.

Honestly, I dont like it =(...reminds me too much of the elantra and im not a big fan of it. =(

 

I kinda like it but I own a forte and a elantra so I guess I got the best of both worlds. But we should have known they were going to make them look alike since they are pretty much the same car, meaning most elantra parts will fit my forte lol. I like the front grille though. I love the optima look. And if they made that in a 2.4 turbo 6 speed m/t I would sell my current forte and elantra in a min and buy it.
