Why is there 2 hoses?
Throttle Body Coolant Circulation, it's to warm up the air for freezing environments. That or EGR, but usually EGR connects at the rear of the cylinder head.
its a 2.0L automatic, the manual only has one hose
ryude, so does it matter if i put a little air filter on it
you can put the little filter on there. but you already have everything setup so i don't see why you'd want to.
and yeah. auto's have a second hose.
justinadams, it will be just for looks plus i already bought the filter
ok. then you'll need to plug the open hole on the CAI
ill take a pic an post it up real quick
heres a pic

it sure does stand out. so if its all for looks, well then you are making a statement.
fortesxfan, lol well i like i, plus it is the breather for the head so there isnt a vacuum in the engine when your decelerating so it sounds a little like a blow off valve
