Lime Rock Park ALMS KDM Roll
I'm planning a cruise to Lime Rock Park from New York City (Bronx because it on the way and would make it easy for all the NJ KDM members to rally as they would travel in that direction). The event is on July 6th (two month or so from now). There will be races thought out the day and the main event being ALMS. I would like to organize a group of KDM cars to drive up to Lime Rock Park In CT for this event. There will be other rally before we hit route 7 (it the best scenery drive). Currently the event tickets is $66 for advance purchase and $80 at the gate. I have spoke with Derek from LRP and they are offering a group discount as follows "We do offer Group Discounts. For a group of 10-24 people we offer a 10% discount, and for groups of 25+ we offer a 20% discount". So the Price comes down to $53 If we can get 25 or more people and it will be $60 as we already have 10+ people. It a Family atmosphere children under the age of 12 and under are free. You can bring your own food/drink or you can purchase food at LRP. This is NOT a grandstand type of event (think Nascar). You get to sit in the infield and are very can get very close to the track I have posted pictures of previous years we have attended.
