Kia Forte/Rondo parts compatibility

Hi,
I have a 2010 Kia Forte with the 2.4L engine. Recently, my gas tank started leaking and I later found out it was perforated. My brother-in-law, on the other hand, has a 2009 Kia Rondo and we were wondering if we could tanks on both cars. I tried to look it up online but found nothing useful, told myself it was worth a try to post here,

Doesn't hurt to ask.

I'd say no - the tanks are not interchangeable - they do not look the same:
