Just tried to create an account with Kia Global Information System (KGIS). When I go to click on the privacy agreement link, it just opens another window but it's completely blank. I have to check on something and accept the terms before I can create an account. But the window is empty. anybody got any suggestions/solutions?

Works fine

I just tried it now with no problems. It might be a pop-up blocker or antivirus software thats creating the problem. Try turning them off and registering again.

my settings dictate i'm not blocking pop-ups. i tried registering on my pc(linux) and another pc(xp). i dunno. weird.

I use Google Chrome but had to go to Explorer to register.

yup, try a different browser. i think firefox, and safari don't work for registration

correctomundo!!!!!!! Safari no bueno. I had to call tech support and they processed it for me

Yeah - I had a problem trying to register w/firefox too...logged into explorer and it went right through......and although once you are signed up, you can log in with firefox, but many of the links are disabled

i got it to sign up

if you using the new IE, do the compatibility mode, cuz before that it didn't work
