LEDGLOW’s interior light kit

Has anyone used LEDGLOW’s interior light kits? If so how is the quality? $29.99 on eBay doesn't seem bad at all for a 4 piece kit.

I was thinking of having the dealer install one official interior light kit @$150 so this is a considerable savings.

Thoughts or comments?

So you hooked yours directly to the battery? Two questions come to mind. How/where did you fasten it? and Where did you route it through the firewall?
I put some in on my wifes car 2010 hyundai elantra blu. I used blue leds, tthey look sweet. I want to put some on my forte.
I used terminal connectors and hooked them to the battery terminals where the small nut tightens down on each. I ran 18 gauge wire through the firewall on the drivers side behind the fender well. You need to remove the rock guard in order to access it. You'll see a rubber grommet that the main harness runs through but there is plenty of room to run your wires through it as well.. Easier to show you i just dont have the time for pics..
I used the "flashers" fuse in the cabin fuse box. It was the obvious fuse to use. It works perfect.
Has anyone thought of connecting the interior kit to the dimmer switch? Would be pretty cool if you could control the brightness of the lights with the dimmer as well as the colors with the remote that ledglow provides. I had the kit installed directly to my battery and I took it out, I want to put it back in but I want to connect it inside the cabon somewhere.

K so I figured I would try connecting to the dimmer switch hoping it would accualy dim the lights as well but it didnt :( oh well... still got it connected in the cabin neatly without having to connect directly to the battery. Sorry for the bad image quality, taken with a blackberry. It was pretty bright outside as well so It didnt do much justice for showing off how bright they are. I only connected 2 (1 on drivers side footwell and 1 passenger side footwell) for now. Will wait till the sun goes down and see how bright they are. If I think they should be brighter I will put one under each seat pointing to the front.

Has anyone connected the underglow to the horn fuse? It has power all the time, well that's what the ledglow video tutorial Said. I got the remote kit.

I spliced into the HAZARD fuse for my wheel well glows. If you notice car is off, keys are out of the ignition. ONly controlled by remote on the interior

^^ Also from LEDGLOWS.com

are those the same strips that are used for interior lighting?
wheel well kit from LEDGlow.com
Is it not controlled via a wireless remote? The site only says a control box with wires
wired remote
did you have to take it in the shop to have it professionally installed and if so how much does that cost?
i did it myself (with the help of a friend) just cuz i didnt want some stranger messing with my car. took about 8 hours total from planning the wiring jacking up the car, taking tires off, drilling holes and running the wires.
