Does that rear diffuser fit over top of the OEM one, or do you have to remove that?

Cheers
Arith posted earlier in this thread that he had to remove the factory spoiler to install aftermarket spoilers. Going through 20+ pages it's easy to miss...:)

Yes, it fits over the OEM bumps and grooves. Unfortunately that translates to a rather uneven fitment.
However it passes my 'at a glance' test where you won't notice anything at first glance but if you study it closer you'll see the gaps. I'll try to post up some pics when I get home.

Btw that particular diffuser is sold by Aeroball Customs:

There's also anotherr company that makes them for the Cerato/Forte called Flow Design:

There's also one from eWing Aero:

Ended up getting these side mirror covers. However they only came in carbon fiber so I had them wrapped in gloss black vinyl. Not sure if I'm sold on the look yet as it takes away from the elegance and gives it a more aggressive, batman'ish gothic style.

Hey, sorry for bringing up a post from way back, but did you have any problems with the fitment of the covers? I have an awkward gap at the top that I can't fix unless I fill it in with something. If it isn't any trouble could you please show a pic of it from the front? Thanks heaps :)

Yeah, I have the same gap. These were most likely from another application that happen to closely fit the Forte.

If your side mirrors are gloss black, it's hardly noticeable and passed my 'at a glance' test.

Yeah it's a shame there aren't many products out there specifically made for the forte. But cheers, I'll try to wrap them in gloss black vinyl so it's not as visible.

I highly recommend an oil catch can if you have the GT. I poured this out of my primary catch can after 2 months. Got yelled at by the wife because I destroyed a measuring cup. Lol. And no, it's not soy sauce. View attachment 82005 View attachment 82006
I know this is an old post, but are you able to unscrew the bottom of the occ without removing it from the bracket? I can't tell from engine bay pictures I've seen if there is enough room to leave it mounted and empty it. Unless removing it from the bracket is super easy and allows for removal of the bottom cup. Thanks!
