I think you might be able to use it for that, but I think its for a turbo, to help keep it cool

Where does the rain water go???? Engines (ex. electrical components) and moisture are never a good mix.

who knows i dont no if they are fully functional... im sure you could block off the bottoms so it isnt functional if ur worried about water and what not.... i think they would look sweet wrapped in the carbon fiber stuff
