Monza exhaust tip resonators

Im trying to decide if i want to throw them on a muffler for my exhaust system. Does anyone know what these tend to do to the sound? I guess glasspack would probably quiet noise a bit right? If so.. I wonder about a high flow cat.
Im trying to get a more subdued but strong sound, not ricey. I like the way G35s sound.
