Since there's been alot of talk about mufflers lately I wa curious of how to install one. Do have to weld it into exist exhaust system. Or is there just some clamor thing that holds it in place.

Turbokits actually sells the set. You simply unbolt the old one take it off the rubber holders then slide the new one in place and clamp the pieces together. It was very simple and requires no welding or cutting of any sort.

currently i'm just lookin at gettin a muffler. not the whole exhaust. though that would be nice.
You can get an aftermarket tip welded to the performance muffler you want so that you don't touch the factory equipment and ensure you have a solid sounding exhaust with no rattles. I have seen some bolt on tips get loose and rattle and then fall off after awhile. Tends to loosen if you hit the tip on something while backing up.

I'd like to see an axel-back system. There is a flange just above the rear axel, it'd be really easy!

^^^Kia Canada has an axel-back system as part of the R package...it retails for almost $575 Canadian. I have one installed and so does Koup SXR. If you go to the following post:

You can see and hear the axel-back.
