Last week I rolled into a pretty big pot hole when I was going to work. I saw it at the last minute and could'nt avoid it. For sure I tought I damaged a wheel at best or ripped a shock tower ... It was that bad. When I arrived at my work place, I could'nt believe there were no damage... Not so lucky. During the past week I was hearing a noise when I was turning left or right. After inspection of the front suspension, I discovered that the left spring was not at the right place in the base of the shock. So I went ahead and remove the left front strut, disassemble everything and found that the top bearing was split in 2 .:mad:

I just hope that one of the dealers near my house will have parts on monday.

You should also take a pic of the pot hole and the damage it caused. Inform the city, as you may be entitled to claim for some compensation.

It's a good idea but to my suprise, it's already have been fix.

Plus, it's a provincial highway. There is not enough damage to fight with all this bureaucracy.
