Fedex just dropped off my wheels a little bit ago..... 17' Ruff Racing R395, Hyper Black, wrapped in Nexen N3000 215/45's.......I have a appointment to get them put on tomorrow w/ a oil change but I am already going nuts to have them put on now....

here's a few pics....and for anyone looking into buying wheels, I got these from Wheelfire.com . I had no issue with them at all. They were good to do business with. Wheels were packaged well when I received them.

those are sweet.

Is there a thread around about what size wheels/tires fit on this Fortes?
Thanks....I am not sure what you mean by a thread....You can really goto any wheel site, plug in the details (make, model, and year) of the Forte, and it will show you which wheels and/or tires that will fit....

Some good sites out there are tirerack.com, discounttire.com, wheelfire.com to name a few.....

There are people on our forum who have 17",18" and 19" wheels...and depending on the wheel, that will determine what size tire you go with...

The type of bolt pattern you will be looking for is 5x114....and there are many different types of offsets available......

Hope that helps.....

Nice wheels man. I know how you feel. I would keep looking at the tracking number like 3 times a days to see where my wheels were at. Drives you crazy!

This is your "thread" about your wheels....at least that is what we refer to as a thread at my other car forums....no biggie

I am aware of those tire sites, but thank you for taking time to mention them.

I was just wondering if there was a "thread" or "topic" on this forum where people post what size rims and tires they are running

A good title for said thread would be "The Rim Shot" and then everyone can post there aftermarket rims for other to enjoy.

now go and put those things on already!!

Ha, well yea I know what a thread is....My comment to you was because I was confused as to what you were actually asking. Your last comment "..and then everyone can post their aftermarket rims for others to enjoy" kinda cleared that up. I thought from your first post you were actually asking for a list, which would be pretty extensive.......

Regarding "THE RIM SHOT" I think that would be a good idea. The only problem I am finding with that idea is that people start a thread about one idea, and 20 people post comments that relate nothing to that thread or get off topic. I would love to see a thread with ONLY pictures of wheels. Nothing else. Wishful thinking though.

And I will have wheels on tomorrow. Promise!!!!
