So, curious about member(s) input...

I own a 99 Saturn and did some mods to it. I will list the mods. Aside from tearing it apart and doing a HP rebuild for forged internals, I think I did a pretty solid N/A build.
-CAI system
-Big bore throttle body
-Upgraded the Gauge wiring for the Spark Plugs
-Upgraded the Plugs
-Performance Header
-Custom exhaust to include High flow Catalytic Converter and Muffler
-Dual plate clutch
-Lightweight aluminum flywheel

The question-would our car(s) benefit from the above listed path aside from the wiring/plug upgrades. I previously posted a thread on here about that.

I do not have any info to establish my claim, but I will say this. After I did these mods the way the car responded was completely different; It felt more direct and mechanical in operation, and the launch and gain speeds were noticeably different.

Fire away...

Yes, that is why so many people do these mods. Upgrading your plugs on a 4cyl will yield no results unless the current plugs are fucked, or you are running NOS or boost.

A guy on a Mazda forum just installed a header on his 2.5 and had before and after dyno's of 15hp increase, done under the same conditions, same dyno, so that proves that adds HP.
