After numerous failed attempts to call and email, I have had no luck! Raptor kits are on backorder and I just want to cancel the order ad go elsewhere. Does anyone know how to contact these people?! Huntington number rings to no avail and the other goes to answering machine>( poorest customer service ever

I ordered 2 weeks ago. 2 of the kits are in (9006) but the H11 kit is still on back order with no estimate when new kits will be in. I'm going to call them again to see if they will just mail the two out that are in already instead of making the other guys that ordered with me wait.

has anyone had any luck getting them to respond via email? if so please post which email you have had luck with. they say they respond to all within 24 hours, i emailed them last the day before yesterday an i know monday was pres day but today is just tuesday lol get back to work guys! and just as a side note just ordered intake from tk, amazing customer service FTW! lol

Sorry guys iv been busy with work and then Saturday I plowed into a deer)...;
I finally contacted them.. I was calling them before they were open I'm on the east coast:p I just canceled the order tho. I will be ordering through VVME next time for sure. Now to get my poor baby fixed >(
