I call them and talk to someone every time. I have 3 kits on backorder.

I ordered 2 weeks ago. 2 of the kits are in (9006) but the H11 kit is still on back order with no estimate when new kits will be in. I'm going to call them again to see if they will just mail the two out that are in already instead of making the other guys that ordered with me wait.

Called again yesterday. Had someone on the phone with me right after the automated message told me to press 1. My order should be shipped by the end of the week. Order placed 2/8/11
