Why would you want to remove the drivers airbag? unless you mean temporarily so you can look at something behind it. Otherwise, leave it well alone.

 

Don't you have warranty remaining for the first 2 items? For #3 the owner's manual should have everthing you need to know. Remove the airbag ????????????????????????? Do you like working with things that can explode?

 

Did you buy used from a dealer or through a private transaction? In any case, were you aware of all of these issues at the time of purchasing the car? Why not get it serviced from the company that sold it to you?

The main reson for remove driver airbag is to look for the spring maybe it disconnected or need to be replaced

The car is used and purchased bu private

1. possible faulty fuel level float.
2. possible connection issue at the clockspring or faulty clockspring itself.
3. double check your owners manual for audio unit operation. it should be in there.

how many miles are on it? if it's still under 60k, you'll still be under basic warranty.

2) the buttons on steering wheel (Shift pedal + Volume Control + phone control) not working at all, but they are illuminate but no response or doing any function

3) I have Bluetooth on my CD ... but I can't find the phone setup in the menu, I pressed the Setup button, then I found 3 choices only SCROLL, SDVC AND forget its name*** but the PHONE choice not shown.

I could be wrong but maybe previous owner tried to install 3rd party deck/panel and messed up wiring?

There should be 6 choices when you press SETUP button not 3, one of them is Phone.

I say #2 and #3 maybe related because when you install 3rd party deck, you have to link phone control buttons on steering wheel too.

Those are my guesses.

 

Hi all

The buttons in steering wheel for volume and phone are now working one of harness was unpluged i fit it and it is now working with full functions

The fuel gauge still point to empty while tank is full of fuel >> need help to fox it
