new owner of titanium forte sx sedan

so i just got a new forte, i like the stock radio but im looking for a little more, so i got new speakers for it but they are not as loud as the stock ones. the speakers are 400 watts, do i need an amp to run them louder? if so... what would be the best size? im new to all of this

No amp sould be needed, what is the ohm rating on the new speakers if it is higher that the stock one that my be the cause of the lower volume level!!

im not sure of the ohm rating but im pretty sure it is more than stock. so i would need the amp to get them louder?
