No Fuel Economy Package
I was at a Kia dealer today looking for an EX with the fuel economy package. I live in Las Vegas and the dealer told me that the FEP was not available in Nevada. Anybody know why?

The fuel economy package is not available in Canada, it is a US only option.I don't know why but my EX doesn't have it either and I'm in BC Canada
