Hi guys i was at the dealer today and they told me mood lights are not available in Canada.. I know its not much of use but its still fun to have it.

I still want to try the EX which was all sold out. I tried the SX its awesome but i am worried that it might eat up too much gas especially with gas price this high nowdays

yeah i was a little disapointed for that too, i wanted them . why do canadians get shafted ?

@ izzue: the gas mileage is decent; I average anywhere between 8-10 litres per 100 km on my 2011 Koup SX. This is a mix of city and highway driving.

The mood lighting is nice but I would rather have the option to get the SXR package versus the mood lighting. You can always add mood lighting.

I am paranoid on gas mileage due to my 2006 Passat... good thing i dont drive that anymore.

was your gas miliage that bad? Does the SXR have a 2.0 or a 2.4?

From what i know the "SX-R" is only a body kit that the dealer adds for you. I was told that you can add it on a EX too thus a "EX-R".

Yeah my passat was horrible. So i am still thinking of getting a EX or SX
