I know people who go turbo have oil catch cans.

I just wanted to know if anyone has used an oil catch can on just a regular daily driver car non-turbo.

I personally don't like the though of the crankcase recirculation gasses/gunk following back into my throttle body (i understand its for emissions and possibly fuel economy).

What I would like to know is:
-Would it hurt my car if I added an oil catch can (aside from wasting money as oem setup does not have this) in any way such as fuel economy or emissions.

-Does anyone have any experience with oil catch cans on NA vehicles?

EDIT:
mods you can delete this post as its a double post.

Thanks crock for the info thread.

wizlams08, i'm pretty sure all oil catch cans are universal.

Buy a 2nd hand one if you can - a can is a can is a can, buy new hoses maybe, save yourself a lot of money. (unless the can is completely crap and dirty I don't see a problem with 2nd hand cans).

I'm actually just really worried about crankcase gunk pushing over to my throttle body (would also gunk up my air intake).
